We have conducated a range of boardoom workshops for professional teams including a four week "Introduction to Meditation" for a Melbourne HR Team; after which the organisation included meditation as part of their employee wellness program, offering subsequent six week courses at lunchtime in the executive boardroom.  As the program gained momentum, participants would arrive early for some quiet time before the class, leave their shoes at the door and assist me in moving the formal boardroom furniture to the side.  In one organisation a fully catered for lunch was provided to participants at the end of the lunch & learn session.

We delivered a different course to the team of production workers at another international manufacturing business.  Workers wanted to learn to relax, but also refresh as their rosters often left them tired and working unusual hours.  Focus and awareness was paramount as safety was a constant stress and a collaborate work environment very important.  We ran three workshops titled 'Meditative Exercises' .. short, simple and yet powerful breath and awareness practices that act as a circuit-breaker to mounting stress and poor breathing habits.  These exercises can provide an almost immediate sense of releif and ease .. and take from one mimute to just a couple of minutes at a time.
