Early in 2012 we finally released our first Guided Meditation CD Find The Stillness ($20) which provides:

*a simple and practical introduction to meditation
*ideal for beginners or those seeking to nourish their practice
*four guided meditations .. easy to use at home or work, anytime, anywhere

Find The Stillness contains two short meditative exercises for everyday stress relief and two longer guided practices for deeper, and more restful stillness.
